Sheila Walker

Sheila Walker
Director of Sales

Sheila is a senior living professional with over 20 years of experience serving older adults and their families. Her previous roles have included Assisted Living Executive Director and Senior Living Sales Leadership positions. Sheila believes that partnering with prospective residents and their families through the journey of finding a new lifestyle is not only a pleasure, but an honor. Sheila enjoys traveling, family vacations, shopping, and spending time with her husband, 3 sons and 2 dogs.

Lisa was the first employee of Ingleside at King Farm, and has been with Ingleside since the community was only a concept. Her work with the pre-sales of the community helped set the tone for the stability of the occupancy today. Lisa graduated from Penn State University with Bachelor's in Hotel Management. Lisa loves to be active! She played collegiate volleyball and enjoys running and golf.

Sophy graduated from Salisbury University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications. She also studied overseas at the University of Nicosia in Cyprus. Before she joined the marketing team at IKF, she had seven years of experience in sales within the CCRC industry and continues to enjoy working with seniors in helping them to make such an important life decision. Outside of her professional career, she enjoys live music and attending music festivals through the summer months. She also enjoys being active by running and hiking. She has run in quite a few different races including a full marathon and many half marathons.

Beth Benswanger
Move-Ins & Transitions

Beth, a native Washingtonian, went to Montgomery College to pursue her degree in Business. She then began her career at BECO Management where she learned the "ins & outs" of the construction industry. Beth also has an in-depth background in operations and logistics. Prior to joining the Ingleside organization, Beth was most recently a move-manager with TAD Relocation which sparked her passion for working with seniors. In her spare time, Beth enjoys cooking and the great outdoors.

Mandi Wyndham
Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Mandi is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County. She graduated from Lee University in Tennessee with a BS in Telecommunications and has an extensive background in multimedia and news production. She likes to stay on top of the latest technology and social media trends. She considers herself someone who loves to learn and experience new things. Before coming to IKF she was the Training and Volunteer Coordinator at Montgomery Community Media. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and she volunteers with Operation Christmas Child. She currently lives in Gaithersburg with her husband and two fur-babies (cats), Binkey and Tyler. She is excited to get to know everyone at IKF and their stories.
