Ingleside Announces Kenya Jeanlouis, R.N. as Director of Clinical Operations

ROCKVILLE, Md. – Ingleside, a premier, charitable not-for-profit provider of comprehensive older adult opportunities in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, selects Kenya Jeanlouis, R.N., as director of clinical operations.

In this newly designed role, Jeanlouis oversees clinical standards, improves performance, manages regulatory compliance, and is responsible for creating an environment that promotes a person-centered philosophy. Under Jeanlouis’ leadership, Ingleside will continue to develop processes that foster positive relationships within its communities and continue to innovate delivery of care.

Jeanlouis has demonstrated a strong background in skilled nursing with nearly 15 years of experience servicing senior populations by holding positions as a registered clinical nurse and multiple nursing leadership roles such as registered nurse unit manager, assistant director of clinical services, and director of nursing.

“We are proud to have the exceptional skillset of Kenya to serve the Ingleside community,” said Christine L. Podles, Chief Operating Officer. “Her commitment to driving outcomes that are most beneficial to our residents will continue to improve the quality of care we provide.”

Throughout her career, she has remained care focused through increasing five-star ratings and customer satisfaction scores, maintaining compliance, and driving clinical outcomes. Within her new role, Jeanlouis is determined to maintain the same level of service and compliance in the processes that she implements.

Prior to joining Ingleside, Jeanlouis served as a quality assurance consultant to HCR Manor. The mother of three holds an associate degree in nursing from Medical Careers University and is currently completing a Master of Science from Walden University.
